Screening Process

 

All of our Aspirants are required to meet our requirements which are as follows:

 

Experience: minimum of two years working full-time for a family for the position they are applying for.

 

Impeccable references:  They must have verified references that ensure all candidates can deliver on Victoria’s touch.

 

Clean record: Candidate will submit to Criminal and DMV background checks which are performed prior to a trial.

 

Excellent communication skills: Aspirants must be able to communicate in English effectively

 

Legal work status: Only Aspirants with a legal status will be considered.

 

Victoria’s Touch: Our candidates distinguish themselves by their etiquette and standard of excellence.
